D’Nuez

Introduction

D'Nuez is a Chicago-based restaurant that was struggling to perform after being established as a small cafe that based their menu mostly using herbalife supplements. In 2014, the owner contacted our marketing agency for assistance in rebranding their business, developing a new name, and creating a new menu. This case study will explain how our agency helped D'Nuez transform into a successful upscale restaurant with two locations in Chicago.

Rebranding and Branding Strategy

After the initial consultation with the owner of D'Nuez, we identified the need for a complete rebranding of the business, starting with a new name. We generated the name D'Nuez and designed the initial branding that would help them stand out in the market. We also created a brand concept for D'Nuez, keeping in mind that it was going to be an upscale cafe that was soon to become a restaurant.

Menu Engineering

One of the biggest challenges for D'Nuez was creating a new menu that would appeal to its target audience while also being profitable for the business.
